Q : What is your turn around time?

A : Usually within a week or 2, depending on the item, the size, the style…. Some things may need to  ordered in first, which can add another 1-2 weeks.

 

Q : Do you have all the items in stock and ready to go?

A: No, most our items are made once you place the order, that way we don’t have piles of stock in our inventory, and we can adjust that item to suit you before it’s made. We do however have a few things that may have been made, which are ready to go.

Q : Can I change details on items? 

A: Yes, if the item generally says “personalised”, you can add any details you wish. Usually most products that say “personalised” have areas you can write the details you are after (ie ; birth details )

 Q : I don’t see anything I’m after, can you make what I’m wanting?

A : Depending on what it is, there may be a possibility I might be able to make it. We are always open to new ideas and challenges. Don’t hesitate to send us a message.
